Using a wide variety of theories, equipment, and programming, and drawing influences from sport of ALL types. From strength training and running, to yoga, cross country skiing, agility, and everything in between… clients of mine all agree on one thing- “We never get bored!”.

 

Located in the Lakes Region of NH, there are so many reasons to be fit, flexible, and energetic! There are mountains to climb, lakes to paddle, and recreational opportunities abound!
