Philosophy

My affinity for fitness, training, and the outdoors began at an early age, while growing up in Maine. The endless snowmobile and hiking trails in the town I grew up in gave me ample opportunity to develop a deep passion for trail running, nordic skiing, and all things outdoors.

I’ve run 500 miles up and down a mountain, finished a Deca Iron(24 mile swim, 1120 mile bike, 262 mile run) twice, and competed in more endurance things than I could ever keep track of… but my passion isn’t just endurance- it’s MOVEMENT. Yoga, strength training, agility, and more! Ages of current clients range from 8 to 89!

I tell you about those lengthy races not in some lame attempt to impress you, but to tell you that I understand what it takes to achieve a goal that at first, may seem intimidating. You have a dream goal. Currently, it may seem like a world away, but with the right path and progression, we can get you there!

Let's chip away at it together, one step at a time.

I do not believe fitness pursuits should feel like drudgery.  My belief is that if you are doing it right, you can't wait to workout everyday. If you love the process, the results will come on their own!

Through a wide variety of indoor and outdoor modes of activity, my goal is to help you find what stirs your soul into becoming as fit, healthy, and balanced as you can be!
